Product Description
9R001 is a modified silicone emulsion with special structure.
I t can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber , modal, Lycra and cotton/ polyester, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and exquisite .
I t is especially suitable for Lycra. W ith a big dosage, it can obviously improve the softness and smoothness of Lycra knitted fabrics.

  1. Stable in alkali , salt  and hard water. H igh shear resistance.
  2. Imparts fabrics   excellent soft, smooth and exquisite hand feeling.
  3. Extremely low yellowing .
  4. G ood compatibility. C an be used together with special finishing agents, as resin, stiffening agent and antibacterial agent, etc. in same bath.

Appearance: Transparent fluid
Ionicity: Weak c ationic
pH value: 6. 0 ±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: S oluble in water

Instruction
  1. It is recommended to use in p adding process .
R eference dosage: 10~30 g/ L
The bath pH value should be under 7. (5-6 is the best. It can be adjusted by glacial acetic acid.)
  1. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a c ompatibility experiment before using.

  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
  2. Please s tore in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure .
