Sylic® Super Smooth and Soft Hydrophilic Silicone Oil CY-4901

Introduction

Super Smooth and Soft Hydrophilic Silicone Oil CY-4863  is modified quaternary ammonium multi-copolymerized polymer polysiloxane.

Application

Suitable for cellulose fabrics, polyester fabrics, etc.

Dilute method

CY-4901 : 100Kg

acid water: 2Kg Glacial acetic acid+8 Kg  water

Water: 200Kg



Dilute process:
 
Add CY-4901  to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
 
Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
 
Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
 
Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
 
Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
 
Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
 
Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
 
Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
 
Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
 
Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
 
Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
 
Add 50Kg water to stir for 2-3 minutes;
 
Slowly add rest water while stirring, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add

glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 5-6



When in cold weather, emulsifier is easily to freeze, heating thawing stirring before use.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.




Dilute Method
 
Formula :  
CY-4863 : 200kg
Emulsifier: 20kg
Glacial acetic acid: 4kg
Water: 440kg
Dilute process:  
Add CY-4863 , emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
 
Add 30kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
 
Add 30kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes, add 4 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;
 
Add 30kg water to stir for 5 ~10minutes;
 
Add 30kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
 
Add 50kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
 
Add 100kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
 
Add 100kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes
 
Slowly add rest water while stirring, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add

glacial acetic acid to adjust pH value to 5-6; 10. Filter and pack.

Notice:

1 . Must use high speed machine, in last step, can add water slowly.
 
Emulsifier: recommend BASF XL40:XL90=1:1
 
When in cold weather, emulsifier is easy to freeze, heat and thaw before use.
