1. Minoxidil is an oral drug used clinically for lowering blood pressure, also known as long pressure, perphenazine diamine, hypotensive, Minlecidin, belongs to the potassium channel opener, can directly relax the vascular smooth muscle, has a strong small artery dilation effect, so that peripheral resistance decreases, vasodilation, blood pressure decreases, but no effect on the volume vessels, so it can promote venous reflux.
