Product Description
70766 is the latest block copolymer silicone emulsion.
It has new modified chemical structure of silicone and contains double modified functional group.
It can be applied in the softening process for fabrics of cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber, which imparts fabrics soft, plump and exquisite hand feeling.
It is especially suitable for napping fabrics of polyester/ spandex and flannel, etc.

  4. High flexibility. Suitable for various kinds of equipment. Safe and stable for using.
  5. Suitable for directly using in dyeing bath.

Solubility:Soluble in water

Instruction
It is recommended for padding process.
For synthetic fiber fabrics (as polyester, nylon and acrylic fiber, etc.), reference dosage: 5~20 g/ L.
For cellulose fiber fabrics (as cotton and viscose fiber, etc.), reference dosage: 10~30 g/ L.
The bath pH value should be below 7 (4.5~6 is the best. It can be adjusted by acetic acid).
(For specific dosage, please adjust it according to processed fabrics and actual requirements.)
 
For dipping process, kindly suggest to dilute it to 33.33% and then use.
Reference dosage of diluted 70766: 1~3% (o.w.f)
 
For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

Attention
  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
  2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
