Product Description
9R001 is a modified silicone emulsion with special structure.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber, modal, Lycra and cotton/ polyester, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and exquisite.
It is especially suitable for Lycra. With a big dosage, it can obviously improve the softness and smoothness of Lycra knitted fabrics.

  1. Stable in alkali, salt and hard water. High shear resistance.
  2. Imparts fabrics excellent soft, smooth and exquisite hand feeling.
  3. Extremely low yellowing.
  4. Good compatibility. Can be used together with special finishing agents, as resin, stiffening agent and antibacterial agent, etc. in same bath.

Ionicity:Weak cationic
pH value:6.0±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:Soluble in water

Instruction
  1. It is recommended to use in padding process.
Reference dosage: 10~30 g/ L
The bath pH value should be under 7. (5-6 is the best. It can be adjusted by glacial acetic acid.)
  1. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

Attention
  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
  2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
