Manufacturing Process
Sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material is made by powder metallurgy process. The melted alloy is made into powder and pressed into pressed embryo in magnetic field. The pressed embryo is sintered in vacuum to achieve densification. In order to improve the coercivity of magnet, further heat treatment is usually required.

Each type of product is divided into several grades according to the maximum magnetic energy product:
N35-N52,N35M-N50M,N30H-N48H,N30SH-N45SH,N28UH-N35UH,N28EH-N35EH

Main Magnetic Properties
Including remanence (BR), magnetic polarization, coercivity (intrinsic coercivity) (Hcj), magnetic induction, coercivity (HCB), and maximum magnetic energy product ((BH) max) of permanent magnet materials.
