Scope of application
Hand feeling finishing of cotton, linen, rayon and their blended fabrics and garments.
Reference dosage
Padding method:
20~50 g/L (10% 9010 dilute solution)
One dip and one rolling or two dip and two rolling (remnant rate 70~90%) → drying tentering
Dipping method:
3~8% (o.w.f) (10% 9010 diluent)
Bath ratio: 1:8~15 Temperature: 30~40ºC
Soaking for 20-30min → dehydration → drying and tentering.
Chemical method
Add the soft beads to warm water, gradually increase the temperature to 70-80°C, and stir thoroughly until they are completely dissolved.
