The Electric Motor drives the belt and pulley to move the movable jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises. the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw increases. thus pushing the movable jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or chopped, to achieve the goal of fragmentation, when moving the jaw down. The angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pul rod and the spring. At this time. the broken material has been discharged from the lower opening of the crushind chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw of the crusher moves periodically to crush and excrete material,thus realizing batch production.
