wood Chipper can be accept all kinds of wood (whole tree logs ,branches ,leaves ,tree limbs, trunks, pulp wood, veneer, solid wood, cores, slabs, scraps, etc.) into smaller and quality wood chips. These chips are raw materials for biomass industry, fiber and particleboard plants, pulp & paper industry, and also well suitable as fuel in modern heating plants.We can design different models to meets your requirements .
Our wood chipper production line include: the foundation base, the knives rotor , upper and lower infeed rollers, electrical motor(or diesel engine), infeed belt conveyor(or chain plate conveyor ), hydraulic control system, control box ,outlet conveyor ,etc.
The process of chipping is flowing : The feeding system draws wood materials into chipper , and the revolving drum (with fly knives on it ) cut the woods into chips , then chips delivery out by the under belt conveyor . Usually the size of final chips is from 10-100 mm depend on different models and the clients requirements . For the advantage of high capacity, reliability and low maintenance requirements, drum wood chipper is becoming more and more popular in chips and biomass pellet industry.
This type machine is our patented products ,for crushing biomass materials ,like wood, old pallets ,plywood waste ,Branches, leaves,corn stalk ,suger can bales........ this machine structure is very simple ,using hummer knives to instead of fly knives ,knives life is more longer than fly knives and no need to grinding usually . Especially for old pallets ,there have some nails and iron on them ,this kinds machine can be avoid damaged the knives .And improve the capacity of machines .
Also this kinds of biomass crusher machines can be add the iron moving equipment to moving the nails from the output discharges conveyor ,then will be more convenient to using the chips .
This crusher mainly depends on impact energy to complete the operation of crushing materials. When the rotor (with hammer type knives) working, the motor drives the rotor with high speed, the materials infeed to the crusher, the high-speed rotor( with hammer knives on ) impacts and shears and tears the materials to be broken, meanwhile, the gravity action of the wood causes the wood to impact the baffle plate and the screen bar in the frame body from the high-speed rotary hammerhead, and a sieve plate is arranged at the lower part of the rotor, particles smaller than the size of the screen holes in the crushed wood are discharged through the sieve plate, and the wood larger than the size of the screen holes is prevented from remaining on the sieve plate to continue to be hit and ground by the hammer.
