TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer) is a kind of Thermoplastic Elastomer material, with high strength, high resilience, injection processing characteristics, a wide range of applications, environmental protection, non-toxic safety, has excellent coloring.

 

Soft touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, superior processing performance, no vulcanization, can be recycled to reduce costs, not only can two injection molding, with PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS and other matrix materials cladding bonding, can also be molded separately.

G130D
  		Basic introduction: g130d has the flexibility, elasticity and mechanical strength similar to rubber, but its heat resistance and weather resistance are better than rubber. All grades of keyflex BT are block copolymers consisting of hard (crystalline) segments of polybutene terephthalate and soft (amorphous) segments of polyether glycol based on long chain. Its properties are determined by the ratio of hard segment to soft segment.
Application: hose sleeve, hydraulic hose belt, pipe and sealing material.





G140D 		Basic introduction: g140d has the flexibility, elasticity and mechanical strength similar to rubber, but its heat resistance and weather resistance are better than rubber. Application: film and components of sporting goods, including the skin layer of golf balls.






G155D 		Basic introduction: g155d has the flexibility, elasticity and mechanical strength similar to rubber, but its heat resistance and weather resistance are better than rubber. All grades of keyflex BT are block copolymers consisting of hard (crystalline) segments of polybutene terephthalate and soft (amorphous) segments of polyether glycol based on long chain. Applications: molding materials, auto parts, belts, soft and hard pipes.
