   Carbon steel is an iron-carbon alloy with carbon content of 0.0218%~2.11%. Also called carbon steel. Generally also contains small amounts of silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus. The higher the carbon content in general carbon steel, the greater the hardness, the higher the strength, but the lower the plasticity.

A36:The most common standard of carbon steel plate

A283:A very common structural steel plate available in A, B, and C

A516:A typical carbon steel plate found in boiler vessels

A537:Heat-treated carbon steel plate that's common in fusion-welded pressure vessels

A573:Another structural steel plate with carbon, manganese, and silicon

A572:A carbon steel plate with higher mechanical strength than A36 at a lower weight

A737:Another carbon steel plate that's found in boiler pressure vessels requiring lower carbon steel

    High carbon steel, often called tool steel, has carbon content from 0.60% to 1.70% and can be hardened and tempered. Hammers, crowbars, etc. are made of steel with a carbon content of 0.75%; Cutting tools such as drills, taps and reamers are made of steel with a carbon content of 0.90% to 1.00%. General high carbon steel strength is very high, widely used in cutting, drilling, lathe, milling machine and so on the need for high hardness requirements of the environment.

Our usual payment term is 30% down deposit by T/T and rest 70% by T/T after production and before delivery  .

A.The time of delivery is usually around 7-10 days (1*20FT as usual) ;B. We can send out in 2 days , if it has stock .

5,Can I get samples before order ?
Yes, of course. Usually our samples are free . we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures .
