5.1 Shape ∑ type. Stirring impeller is made by Zg45 cast steel . Its chemical composition is: Co: 0.52; Mn: 0.50-0.80; Sio: 20-0.45; S. P ≤0.04. It is a first-class casting  
5.2 Material In order to ensure the surface quality of steel castings, secondary shot blasting is adopted, and 3mm 304 stainless steel is outsourced.  
5.3 Processing In order to ensure the mechanical properties of steel castings, normalizing tempering treatment is adopted, heating for 60 hours and heat preservation for 5-6 hours.  
5.4 Support Form Single bearing (four bearings in total) NSK
5.5 Position Interval between blade and pot is 1±0.5mm

6.2 Processing The concentricity and parallelism of the main shaft holes of the wallboard at both ends are 0.02 mm and 0.02 mm respectively.

STUFFING BOX
8.1 Replacement The s tuffing box is equipped  with a pull -back  stroke bigger  than 100 mm to facilitate the replacement of the stuffing.  
8.2 Seal Stuffing box seal: the inner tetrafluoroethene hot ring and the outer teflo,n packing seal meet the sealing requirements.  
8.3 Processing Wear-resistant welding of stainless steel pile is used for the shaft seal. The surfacing distance is 20mm beyond the stuffing box. After processing, the thickness is ≥8 mm and the roughness should reach 1.6.

9.1 Material The overall material of the main bracket at both ends is Q235.The main chassis and the machine base are welded separately.
