[ Production description ]

The chemical fiber softener SC-97556 is a new type of ternary copolymer silicone emulsion, which has a new block silicone chemical structure can give chemical fiber fabrics a soft, plump and delicate hand feeling, and is suitable for soft and fluffy finishing of synthetic fiber fabrics.

[ Production characteristic ]

1.It is especially suitable for polyester knitted fabrics. After finishing, it is fluffy, soft and has a prominent cotton feel.

2.It has low yellowing and low color change characteristics.

3. It is suitable for various process equipment and has high flexibility.

4. It also has a good softening effect on synthetic fiber textiles such as nylon and acrylic.

5. Good stability; good alkali resistance hard water resistance and safe and stable to use

[ Using method ]

    1. Recommend artwork

Padding process:For synthetic fiber (polyester, nylon, nitrile, etc.) fabrics, the recommended dosage is 5-20g/L

The pH value of the padding working fluid should be kept below 7 (the best is between 5.0-6.0, which can be adjusted with acetic acid)

(The amount of use varies with the processing fiber, please adjust appropriately according to actual needs)

2. Dipping process: It is recommended to use after 1 open 3 dilution, the dosage is between 2~ 6%

3. Can be used with other finishing agents to achieve a special feel style, please do compatibility experiments before use.

[ Notes ]

1. Stir well before use .

2.   Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;

3. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is   applicability.

[Packaging and storage]  

50/120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Sorted in cool and ventilated place , prevent exposure ,shelf life  is 6 months.
