Product Description

  Shandong Baimai Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995. After 29 years of development, it is a designated enterprise specializing in the production of tower cranes by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The company is headquartered in Zhangqiu, Jinan, Shandong, with a total area of over 90,000 square meters. The company currently has two production bases, which are located in Zhangqiu District of Jinan and Yuechi County of Guang'an, Sichuan.

Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the path of "scientific and technologically-developed factories". It has relied on the scientific and technological advantages of scientific research units and colleges and universities and its breakthroughs, we have developed and produced QTG20-30tm fixed series tower cranes and QTZ40-315tm self-rising series tower cranes, QTP25-250tm internal climbing flat top tower cranes. And SC200/200, SCD200/200 construction lifts. To better meet the needs of social development, our company has developed a series of products such as roof crane WD2420/3015/3030 since May 2016, which solves the  problem of  dismantling the large-scale internal climbing tower cranes  at  the high level; In April 2023,  we also developed a series of luffing tower crane such as QTD4020/4522/5022/5030/5520

The welding process of the product parts is completed by the automatic robot assembly line, this system comes with an adjustable angle, welding with high precision and the appearance of the weld is beautiful and smooth. Pre-Sales Service
We are very glad to answer the questions customers raise in their emails and calls. In the beginning, customers might want to know the jib length and the maximum lifting weight of a tower crane in practical engineering. For that, we will give professional explanations depending on specific market conditions.
To satisfy the requirements of customers who need non-standard products, our business staff will talk to our professional technical staff and then come up with an optimized solution. We will determine relevant parameters and finish the design drawing as soon as possible. In a word, we will always do our best to produce what customers need.
Baimai owns three major series which involve hundreds of products. Certainly, we are also able to produce customized products or develop new products if required. Generally, we will recommend several cost-effective products for customers based on product purpose, working environment, and purchase quantity, etc. Based on the quantity, we carry out accounting and then offer a reasonable price.

In-Sales Service
Generally, our delivery period is 20 days after customers place an order. The time will be extended by 15 days if customers need customized products or the purchased quantity is pretty large. Once an order is placed, we will assign professional personnel to track its status.
During the production process, we will spare no effort to finish the work of every stage, which includes a review of the design drawing, manufacture supervision, and acceptance check. We can ensure all the work is well organized before product delivery. Testing and examining of raw materials and products is done strictly and complied with relevant standards. We take it seriously to complete routine inspections, manual trials, and electric trials. Contracted equipment will be delivered only after we finish production, inspection, data preparation, and products pass acceptance.
After passing the acceptance, contracted equipment will be packaged by technical requirements and corresponding national standards for the package. The package is good enough to ensure the equipment stays in good status during transportation and storage. Further, the package can withstand humidity, mildew, rain, rust, corrosion, vibration, impact, and pollution.
Based on what customers need, we will provide technical guidance related to installation, debugging, operation, maintenance, and quality and safety censorship. In addition, we offer technical documents as well as field supervision services. Certainly, we will take responsibility for the validity of the technical guidance and technical documents we provide.
