Light and Perspiration   Fastness Improver   23121
Product Description
23121 is mainly composed of poly-polyamine high-molecular compound .
I t can combine with  dyes and cotton fibers to form insoluble macromolecular compounds , which improves dyeing color fastness of cotton fibers.
I t can be applied in fixing process for fabrics dyed by reactive dyes or direct dyes.

Features & Benefits
  1. C ontains no  APEO or  formaldehyde , etc. F its environmental protection  requirements .
  2. Significantly improves  washing  color fastness, perspiration color fastness , wet rubbing color fastness of direct dyes and reactive dyes. N ot influences light fastness.
  3. Obviously improves the  washing  color fastness, perspiration color fastness  and soaking color fastness of reactive bright red and  black.
  4. E xtremely little color fading and color shade changing.
  5. Can be used together with cationic  or nonionic  softener  directly in same bath process.

Solubility: S oluble in water

Instruction
  1. I t  is high concentration product.   Kindly suggest to dilute it to 25% by soft water and then use .
  2. For dipping process, reference dosage: 1~4% (o.w.f).
25~45ºC×15~20min → Dewater and dry
  1. For padding  process, reference dosage: 10~40g/L
Drying and setting (140~170ºC)

A ttention
  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
  2. Please s tore in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure .
