Product Description

Perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) is a per-fluorocarbon monocarboxylic acid that is an organic strong acid with low surface tension and high surface activity, and is used as efficient surfactant, dispersing agent and additive. The perfluorooctanoic acid and its derivates as important organic intermediates can be used for synthesizing fluorinated hydrophobic and oleophobic agent, and leather finishing agent. The temperature should be controlled at 140ºC or below when the product is heated to melt, protecting it from decomposing.
