Kurze Einführung in Polyetherpolyol :

Polyetherpolyol (nachfolgend Polyether genannt) ist das Ausgangsstoff (aktive Wasserstoffgruppe, die Verbindung enthält) mit Ethylenoxid (EO), Propylenoxid (PO), Butylenoxid (BO) in Gegenwart eines Katalysators, wie z.B. Next durch Polyaddition. Polyether größter Output durch Glycerin (Glycerin) als Ausgangsstoff und Epoxid (PO und EO und allgemein verwendet), durch Änderung der Art der Zugabe von PO und EO (gemischt mit oder separat hinzugefügt), plus Verhältnis, Addition Reihenfolge und andere Bedingungen, die Herstellung einer Vielzahl von gemeinsamen Polyetherpolyol. Polyetherpolyole für Hartschaum sind in der Regel sehr funktionstüchtigkeit und Hoher Hydroxylwert
Polyetherpolyole für flexiblen Schaum sind in der Regel wenig funktionstüchtigkeit und Niedriger Hydroxylwert

Botton, Filter, Wickelmaterial, automatischer Sitz, Innenverziertes Material (Instrumententafel, Handlauf, Lenkrad, Kissen, der Energieschaum für Versicherungsstäbchen) hochwertiges Möbelkissen, Material für Pop etc. Polyether Polyol (für Weichschaum, Hartschaum, Elastomerkleber)
