Stainless Steel Single Suction Single Stage Centrifugal Pump, Strictly produced according to ISO 2858 standard, the ISO 2858 centrifugal pump is a kind of Vertical single stage and single suction pump, based on professional design.

2. Applicaton Area:
Water Supplier: boosting of main pipeline, boosting in high-rise buildings,Industrial boosting: Process flow water system, cleaning system, high-pressure washing system, fire fighting system.Industrial liquid conveying: Cooling and air-conditioning, system, boiler water supply and condensing system,machine-associated purpose, acids and alkali. Water treatment: Ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, separator, swimming pool.Irrigation: Farmland irrigation, spray irrigation, dripping irrigation.

5. Working Condition:
1). GDL pump has capacity to delivery pure water or liquid with same physical and chemical character
2). Medium temperature: -15°c-+120°c
3). Working pressure: max pressure<2.5MPa, (System pressure=inlet pressure+pump operating pressure when valve closed<2.5MPa)
4). Ambient termperature should lower than 40°c, the competitable humidity should less than 95%
5). When convery corrosion and heat medium, please advise with order, in convenient to adopt special material to meet with usage.

Characteristic
1.the pump is in vertical structure.the suction and discharge port shave the same diameter and on a same central line.it can bu install on the pipe line like a valve.the pump is compact with good profile,take less space and low construction investment.it can be used outdoor if covered by protection hood.
2.the impellers are installed directly on the extended shaft of the motor,the axial size is short and structure compact.the pump is rationally fitted with motor bearings too effectively balance the radial and axial load generated during pump operation,thus to guarantee the stable pump running low vibration and noise.
3.the shaft is sealed mechanically or with mechanic sealing set.the sealing rings are made of titanium alloy.it is medium-size and high-temperature resistant mechanical seals.the hardened axial metal alloy is wear resistant and can effectively improve the life time of the mechanical seal.
4.installation and repair and done conveniently,no piping systems have to be removed to take out the whole rotor set except the screw linking the pump body and the base.
5.the pumps can be connected in series or parallel in operation according to the need of flow and delivery.
6.the pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the piping requirement.
