Application:

1. In the fire-fighting industry, with baking soda and foaming agent to form a foam fire extinguishing agent.

2. Used as turbid water purifying agent, also used as precipitating agent, fixing agent, filling agent, etc. Used in cosmetics as a cosmetic raw material for antiperspirant (astringent).

3. Soluble in water, fine particles and natural colloidal particles in water can be coagulated into large flocs, which can be removed from water, so it is used as coagulant for water supply and wastewater.

4. Used as a paper sizing agent in the paper industry to improve the water resistance and impermeability of paper.

5. Analytical reagent, mordant, tanning agent, oil decolorizer, wood preservative.

6. Curing agents (grease, water and other sundries), albumin pasteurization stabilizers (including liquid or frozen whole eggs, egg whites or yolks). Maximum allowable use (FAO/WHO, 1984) 0.036%. Used in paper making, water purification, and as a mordant, tanning agent, pharmaceutical astringent, wood preservative, foam fire extinguishing agent, and other artificial stones and advanced alum production.

7. It can be used as raw material for manufacturing artificial gemstones and high grade ammonium alum, other aluminates.

8. In the fuel industry, in the production of chrome yellow and color lake dyes as a precipitant, but also play the role of fixing and filling agent.
