PULPING PART

FULL AUTOMATIC PAPERBOARD MACHINE
This type machine is suitable for large capacity machine ≥8ton/day, which better with hot pressure machine+boiler together to dry the finished paper board products.
DRYING WAY
Hot Pressure Machine + Boiler
Hot press machine need to use with boiler together to dry the final paperboard, which drying effiency and cost is higher than sun drying, but the finial paper board product is more flatter and tighter.
The boiler total has 3types: coal/gas/diesel boiler boiler, customer can according to their specific requirement to choose one

Q: Your machine can use straw, hemp as the raw material? A: Generally say that use straw, hemp as material to produce the paper in this fields, we can say you have out of the market. Because the quality of finished paper with straw, hemp will worse than the waste paper. Besides, The cost will higher than the waste paper. It need more machines to process into pulp. So the waste paper as material will more competitive in now market.
