Working principle
Cyclone sand separator
makes use of centrifugal separating to remove sand,as the water inlet pipe is installed at the eccentric of the housing ,when the water flows into the cyclone sand separator
through water inlet pipe,first it flow through the tangent line around the housing to form a flowing obliquely downward.the flowing water will revolve and flow downwards,when the flowing liquid reach the circular cone it will swirl around the axis ,then it flows out of the sand separator ,the impurities and pollutant will fall off from the inside surface onto the sand bucket under the action of inertial centrifugal force and its own gravity,there is a structure at the bottom of circular cone to prevent the pollutant to be ascending,when the impurities accumulated in the bucket reach the max capacity,just needs to open the manual butterfly valve,the impurities will flow out of the cyclone sand separator under the action of flowing water.

Precautions for the use and installation of cyclone sand separator.
1. The equipment should be installed in the form of bypass to meet the needs of overhauling the equipment and cleaning the filter body without stopping the machine.
2. It is forbidden to turn on the device for a long time in an anhydrous state.
