Working principle
The principle of operation is to limit all surfaces and exhaust gas temperatures to below 200°Cand offer automatic shutdown of the engine should high coolant water temperature, high exhausttemperature, low oil pressure or engine overspeed occur.

Classification of explosion-proof area

The EU ATEX certification, also known as the EU CE certification for explosion-proof products, is for equipment used in potentially explosive environments and divides products into two broad categories:
1. Group 1  equipment mainly refers to coal mine underground equipment, including coal mine ground equipment threatened by gas and (or) powder small explosions: according to the different safety protection levels, Group  1 equipment can be divided into M1 category equipment and M2 category equipment.
2. Group 2  equipment refers to non-coal mine equipment, Group 2 equipment can be divided into 1, 2, 3 categories.
a. Class 1 explosion-proof products with dry explosive gas, dust, steam or mixture for a long time or frequent occurrence of places, with a high level of protection, when there is a fault, there is at least one independent protection to ensure the level of equipment safety protection, when there are two independent failures, the equipment can still ensure its level of safety protection;
b. Class 2 explosion-proof products are used in places where explosive gases, dust, steam or mixtures may appear, with a high level of protection, and the equipment can still guarantee its level of safety protection after disturbance or expected failure;
c. Class 3 explosion-proof products are used in places where explosive gases, dust, steam or mixtures do not appear under normal circumstances or occasionally appear for a short time, and can ensure their safety protection level during normal operation.
