The galvalume steel coil process of HDG Continuous Galvanizing Line produces Hot-Dipped Galvalume steel sheets from base metal of Cold Rolled Coil, process consist of cleaning or degreasing, pickling to remove scale and residual from the surface, annealing furnace is used to achieve desired mechanical properties for strip, then galvalumed by coating steel with a layer of al-zinc by immersing the metal in a bath of molten al-zinc, the steel sheet alloys with the zinc to bond coating onto the strip surface. After hop-dipped galvaluming process, variety of surface treatment can be applied, chemical passivation, chromate, oiling etc. Galvalumed steel sheets are widely used in automobiles, home appliances, IT, high-grade building materials and ships and other fields.
