SA213 T11/T12/T22 Boiler Tube :-

Supplying T11 Boiler Tube & Seamless hot finished tubes and pipes for utility boilers, industrial boilers and heat recovery steam generators. The T11 tubes and pipes are supplied in random lengths or in fixed lengths to be analysed and agreed at time of order, in the range between 4,000 mm and 26,000 mm depending on the size.

The T11 Tube can be hot finished or cold drawn. It could also be seamless, ERW, welded or fabricated. For the most part, the ASTM A213 T11 Tube is highly tolerant to elevated temperatures and is highly corrosion resistant. The ductility of the material also allows for machining operations such as the flanging, bending and others. Fusion welding is also available with T11 Tubes so that they could be used in industries such as the power generation industries and in the petrochemical industries.

The Alloy Steel T12 Tubes material is of T12 or K11562 category. The pipes are made seamless in production and are meant for large diameter pipe lines. There are different schedules mostly standard, sch40 and sch80. The different wall thicknesses, diameters and schedules of the ASTM A213 T12 Boiler Tube provide it the high pressure capabilities under high temperatures. The pipe can vary in length from 1m to 12m.
