GCK low voltage draw-out switchgear is composed of power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC) , which is mainly applicable in place with high automaticity and need to communicate with the computer, like  power station and petrochemistry system , as the low voltage distribution device of the distribution and motor control, and reactive power compensation in power system.

THE DRAWER UNIT

The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combined assembly structure.   All structural parts of the cabinet frame can be connected to each other through screws, and then a complete switch cabinet can be assembled by adding doors. The cabinet has the following characteristics :

1. the frame is made of special shaped. steel, the use of three-dimensional plate positioning, bolt connection without welding structure, so as to avoid weldina deformation and stress. generation, improve the installation accuracv .   the frame and zero parts of the installation hole according to the modulus of E-25mm change.

2. the internal structure is galvanized , the panel, the side plate and the exterior of each panel after pickling and phosphating treatment , using electrostatic epoxy powder spraying.

3.   In the power center (PC) inlet cabinet, the top is the horizontal busbar area, and the new circuit room is under the horizontal busbar area.   The circuit breaker can be equipped with various circuit breakers produced by electric companies, such as Emax series circuit breakers produced by ABB company and intelligent circuit breakers, etc.
