LF48 Rubber Dispersant 
 
Composition:
Mixture of unsaturated aliphatic acid and aliphatic ester zinc soap
 
Properties:
Appearance: light white - yellow granules
Dropping point: 95-105ºC
Ash: ≤14.50%
Zinc Content: ≤14.50%
Shelf life: 2 years
 
Packing:
25 kg/bag
 
Performance and Application:
1. Highly efficient used as the dispersing agent for light color fillers. Show especially obvious
performance if adding high volume of silica into the compound.
2. Improve the flowing of the compound, allow the compound mixing uniformly, and improve the
surface appearance of compound.
3. Decrease the Mooney viscosity rapidly, and shorten the rubber mixing time.
 
Usage:
1. Add in together with fillers;
2. Add in after the silanization procedure completed if there is silane coupling agent.
 
Applicable Rubbers:
NR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM etc.
 
Dosage:
2-5 phr
