1)Q:How to make payment?  
A:Stock goods will be shipped out after 100% payment,manufacturing items accept 30% deposit before production ,70% remaining balance before shipment. 
We accept western union and T/T. Of course if you have friend or shipping agent in china can pay RMB directly ,that is welcomed.

2)Q:Can we make our own design or logo?
  A:Yes.Please contact our sales and show them your design.It's commonly seen that customers choose our model to make their own logo. 

3)Q:Can you accepting making sample before bulk order? Can we get sample free?
  A:Yes.No matter one sample or 20feet container is welcomed.
    The sample fee and shipping fee will be payed by customers.For some items we will return sample fee back to you when you place bulk order.

4)Q:How long will lead time be?
  A:Usually stock goods will be leaded into one week .Manufacturing items depends on exact quantity and complexity of them. But normally 30-45 days.
