At present, the standard of rebar implementation in China is GB1499.2-2023, which is divided into ordinary hot rolled steel bar and fine grain hot rolled steel bar. According to the standard definition, ordinary hot rolled steel bars are delivered in a hot rolled state. Its metallographic structure is mainly ferrite and pearlite, and no other structure affecting its performance is allowed. Fine grain hot rolled steel bar refers to the fine grain steel bar formed by controlled rolling and controlled cooling process in the hot rolling process. The metallographic structure is mainly ferrite and pearlite, and no other microstructure affecting the service performance is allowed. The grain size is not thicker than 9 grade.
