4. Oxide film: tin itself is oxidized in the process of tin plating, containing tin oxide and stannous oxide, etc., with anti-rust, anti-discoloration, anti-vulcanization spot and other properties.
5. Oil film: The oil film on the surface of hot-dip tinning sheet is cottonseed oil or palm oil, and the oil coating amount is 0.02g/m2; The oil film of tin plate was dioctyl acidate, and the oil coating amount was 0.002-0.005g/m2. The oil film can increase the corrosion resistance of the tin plate, play a lubricating role in the manufacture of empty tank and prevent surface yellowing and surface corrosion during storage.
