Suspended central drive sludge scraper is used for small and medium-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks with central water input, sides water output and central sludge discharge.  Mainly used for sludge discharge in sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects.

Adopted central driving and suspension type. Sewage water flowed from the water input pipe of the working bridge into the diversion cylinder, flows out uniformly and radially.

The suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the sedimentation tanks, and the driving device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate,then also drive the scraper arm and sludge scraper to rotate. Scrape the sludge from the tanks sides to the central sludge collection groove. Pushed by hydrostatic pressure in the tanks and discharged out of the tanks through the sludge discharge pipe.

The scum on the water surface will be skimmed to the sides of the tanks by the skimming device, then hung into the slag discharge hopper by the slag scraper and discharged out of the tanks. The clean overflows water discharged out of the tanks through the triangular outlet weir plate.



1. Technical Features 

1) Full bridge type and material can be carbon steel, stainless steel or concrete structure.

2) The driving device adopts vertical three-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer or combination of helical gear reducer and worm gear reducer to ensure output torque and speed. With linear scraper.

3) At the end of the vertical shaft of the sludge scraper, equipped with a water bearing and a scraper to avoid the deflection of the vertical shaft and the accumulation of sludge in the collection tank.

4) Equipped with mechanical and electrical overload protection, ensure safe and reliable operation.

5) Simple operation, equipped with local/remote switch control to directly control the equipment.
