Fully Automatic Hcnc Production Line 6 Axis Automatic Spray Painting Robot

HCNC painting robot, industrial spraying robot arm BR610 is a high-protection of IP67 robot arm which is suitable for hard working conditions such as painting ,grinding,stamping, etc.  It is further optimized and upgraded, with faster speed, stronger load capacity and higher protection grade.

1. Small occupation space. The floor space is less than 0.06m2 which can work in narrow space.

2. High precision and high flexibility. The average repeat positioning accuracy is minimum   +0.03mm , the maximum 0.05mm. Not only does it have a universal 6-axis function, but when there is not enough space for using the general robot function, it is also possible to program the inner rotation mode to achieve a different approach.

3. Light weight, able to be installed in any direction. The body weighs about 61 kg .

4. Longer arm and stronger load capacity. The lightweight design, high-speed motor and high-precision reducer are used to increase the robot arm length to 1310mm and the maximum load of 10kg.

5. More flexible: unique innovation bi-rotation structure developed by Huashu Robot, the third axis can rotated by external and internal rotation, which makes it more flexible and efficient.

A1:The material of industrial robot is composed by Cast iron and cast aluminum.

A2:Yes, our robot controller has input/ouput cababilities.

Q3: How to make program for you industrial robot?
A3: There are two ways to make program for our robotic arm: 
a. For easy travel motion, we can use the handheld teach pendent to make the program. I attach the document of the teach pendent so that you can know more about it. 
b. For some complex motion, we can use the offline program software Interobot (developed by Huashu Robot), which can simulate the motion of the robot and make the programming easier.

A4: We have industrial robot of 6 series with more than 40 models which can be used for picking up, welding, grinding and polishing, sorting, painting, injection applications, loading and unloading pieces for machine tool, etc.
