Fib r e laser marking machine   uses fiber laser beam to  make  a permanent mark on the surface of a variety of different materials. The theory is exposing the deep material by evaporating the surface substances, or surface material physical changing or burning by focused light energy, so that pattern, text, letters, numbers, bar code and other graphics will be marked.

Raycus fiber laser source:

conversion efficiency, long lifespan, the lifespan of the fiber laser source is up to 100,000 hours.

Digital galvanometer scanning head:
With fast marking speed and high accuracy, with good seal, water proof and dust proof, small volume, compact size and solid. marking speed is up to 7000mm/s.

F-theta scan lens:
With high transparent rate and precise laser focusing performance. Laser beam focus on workpiece through the F-theta scan lens, which also decides the marking area.

BJJCZ control card and EzCad2 software:
USB interface, swift and stable transmission, easy operation,
strong functions, compatible with Windows 7/8/10/11 both 32 bits and 64 bits, support ai, plt, dxf, dst, svg, nc, g, gbr format files.

Industrial power supply:
Equipped with overload protection device, stable power output, reliable performance and long life span.

Rotary attachment:
Rotary attachment is optional, diameter 80mm (50mm available), used for round object marking, like metal bottle, cup, ring, bracelet, jewellery etc.
