Mucking loader  is also is also called excavating loader,   integrates multiple functions including excavation, conveying,  loading,  running,  Because of its high working efficiency, strong ability to  adapt the space, less polluting to the air inside of the tunnel, it becomes a very important mechanical equipment in tunnel construction.
Using electric hydraulic control system, contain five functions are hydraulic walking, mining acquisition , transportation, loading and bottom clearing. Our mucking loader has dualdrive device , electrical installation and diesel Installation. When it works in the mine , please use electric power, for the electric power is more environmental and safe. When it works out of the mine, Hydraulic oil tank can storage oil for a long contin uous work.
ZWY-100 Crawler mucking loader main feature is that the displacement of the main pump is proportional to the signal pressure output by the pilot
operating handle. The main controller judges the flow demand of the actuator and its changing trend according to the pilot pressure signal and its changing trend, and accordingly adjusts the flows of main pump,so that the flow supply of the system can dynamically satisfy the flow demand  of system  actuator. he system has a small loss of medium flow in the relative negative flow system, and the reliability is higher in the relative load sensitive system, and the compound action is more energy efficient. This series of machines has an efficiency of about 8% higher than other models, and the energy consumption has dropped by about 10%.zmwm11
