HY5WZ-51/134Q power station type lightning arrester is used to protect AC electrical equipment in power plants and substations from damage by atmospheric overvoltage.The product conforms to standards GB 11032 and JB/T 8953.

HY5WZ-51/134Q power station type lightning arrester composite jacket metal zinc oxide lightning arrester using the whole silicone rubber molding, sealing performance is good, explosion-proof performance is excellent, filth resistance and free of cleaning, and can reduce the occurrence of foggy wet flash, resistance to galvanic corrosion resistance to aging, small size and light weight, collision resistance, easy to install and maintain. It is a newer product of porcelain-sleeve surge arrester.

Use of environmental conditions
Conventional products normal use conditions are as follows:
Ambient temperature: not higher than +40ºC, not lower than -40ºC;
Altitude: not more than 3000m;
Power frequency: 50±2Hz; 60±2Hz;
Wind speed cannot exceed: 35m/s;
Clearance-free conditions: moderately dirty and the following areas;
For gapless products, the long-term applied industrial frequency voltage shall not exceed the continuous operation voltage of the arrester;
For gapped products, the short-term industrial frequency voltage rise at the installation point shall not exceed the rated voltage of the arrester.
Long-term use in the following abnormal conditions, lightning arrester needs to be specially made, should be specified when ordering:
Temperature or altitude high standard (plateau, tropical, frigid, fully enclosed cabinet, near the furnace, etc.);
The use of the environment there is serious moisture or corrosive gas impurities (water, salt, chemical plants, etc.);
Strong ultraviolet radiation (plateau, strong sunshine arid areas, etc.);
Extraordinarily heavy dirt area (mine working surface, construction site working surface, etc.).
