Product Description

Description
The system is intended for the production of rigid polyurethane foam, used in the manufacture of the thermal insulation for the commercial refrigerating and freezing chambers. As the result of the modificated polyol LYR1741 and isocyanate reaction is forming the foam with good flowing and increase index, which results to a uniform distribution of density over the entire volume. The foam has the increased data on fire protection according with ISO 3582. The foam has good physical properties, dimensional stability at low temperatures, good adhesion ability. Polyol contains HFC 134a as the blowing agent.

Handling and Storage
LYR1741 should be protected from moisture by keeping containers sealed when not in use. Drums have to be stored indoors to protect the material from water ingress, frost and direct heat from the sun. Under temperature conditions and in properly sealed containers ,the storage life of the polyol is 6 months.
The optimum storage temperature should be 10-30ºC.
