In the meantime, we provide 6 month warranty to the lead acid battery and its charger, and 1 year warranty to the lithium ion battery and its charger.

   A: Yes, for all vehicles we supplied, we will provide 1 year warranty to all their key components. However, we only provide 6 months warranty to the lead acid batteries and matched chargers.

4.Q: How do you provide the after-sales service?
   A: Firstly, we will provide on-line technical support in trouble shooting, repairing and problem solving by messaging, and photos and videos.
    Secondly, we could do real-time video calls with you to guide you in case the problems can't be solved in the first step.
    Finally, in case the problems still remain after we try the above two steps, we will help to send an engineer to your site.
