POLYOL BLEND L Y 712 3

L Y 712 3  is a formulated  polyol  consisting of ,surfactants,catalysts,fire retardant and HCFC-141b  blowing agent.The polyol blend is specifically developed as one part of a two components system for rigid polyurethane insulated pannel with continuous process.
It is widely used in manufacture of composite board,sandwich panel,inorganic panel applied for door,wall,roofing,air condition duct and so on.
Panels manufactured with L Y 712 3  system will display higher degree of compression and tensile strength in addition to its thermal and Eco-Efficiency performance.The higher percentage of closed cell is considered excellent barrier for air,water and noise.

HANDLING and STORAG E               
L Y 712 3  Polyol and PU systems should be stored at room temperature below 25ºC in sealed drums.Agitate contents before use particularly after long standing.Precautions should be observed to avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with the products or its introduction in or near to the eyes.If skin contact occurs all contaminated clothing should be removed and the effected skin area wiped with a cloth or paper towels saturated with ethanol or equivalent solvent followed by washing with soap and water.Goggle or eye shields should be worn when there is a danger of splashing or eye contact.With the exercise of such care L Y 712 3  System should not present any undue hazard to health under normal working conditions(Protective clothing and eye protection is recommended when handling Polyol).
