Rigid PU rotary spray process Formulated Blend Polyether Polyol for large-scale pipelines insulation

LY-6311 system blend    polyol    is   a kind of spray rigid PU foam blend polyol, specially used for   the   insulation   of    PIPE. It used together with isocyanate(PM-200) to make rigid PU foam through PU spray machine. The foam produced has the characteristics as following:

n The strong adhesive force, convenient construction and no seams.
n The low thermal conductivity, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.
n The long service life.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
n Maximum per pass thickness is 35mm,Spraying thicker can result in spontaneous combustion and poor overall spray foam quality
n Internal temperature of installed pass must be 25ºC   before installing subsequent passes Maximum thickness during 24h period is 203mm(8inches)
n Like most of foam product,foam made by LY-6311is combustible,An thermal barrier must be installed in accordance with approved construction standards LY-6311
n The service temperature of the foam with LY-6311 is between -60~80ºC.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor.  During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.

Shelf life: 6 months, please test before using after 6months storage.
