The safety net is divided into flat net (P), vertical net (L) and dense mesh safety net (ML). The safety net is mainly composed of side ropes, tethers, tendon ropes and net ropes. The dense-mesh safety net is composed of a net body, ring buckles, side ropes and additional tethers.
The physical and mechanical properties of the safety net are the main indicators for judging the quality of the safety net. Its content includes: side rope, tie rope, net rope, tendon rope breaking strength. The dense-mesh safety net mainly includes: breaking strength, breaking elongation, seam tensile strength, tearing strength, penetration resistance, breaking strength retention rate after aging, and flame-retardant properties of the strong end of the eye-opening ring.
Both flat and vertical nets should be impact resistant. The vertical net cannot replace the flat net, and it should be distinguished whether to use the flat net or the vertical net according to the construction needs and the load height. The load strength requirement of the flat net is greater than that of the vertical net, and more materials are used, and the weight is greater than that of the vertical net.
