Brief Introduction
Flattop  tower cranes   are generally used on construction sites or bridge construction sites. The position of the hooks can be controlled by the boom swing and the distance of the trolley, and the objects can be lifted at the turning radius. Compared with the tower crane with tower head and tie rod, the mechanical model of the boom is simple and clear. Because there is no tower head, the installation height is low, making installation quicker and safer. Suitable for large building needs.

The flattop tower crane  is a new type of tower crane developed in recent years. It is characterized in that the tower tip  and its front and rear tie rods are eliminated from the structure of the original jack-up tower crane, and the structural strength of the big arm  and balance arm is enhanced. The big arm  and the balance arm are directly connected, and the  advantages  are as follows:
1 . The whole machine is small in size, convenient and safe to install, and reduces transportation and storage costs;  
2 .The boom has good tolerance ,  uniform force   and s mall damage  to the structure and connecting parts ;
3 . component design can be standardized, modular, interchangeable, reduce equipment idle, improve investment efficiency .

Hoisting mechanism is driven by three-speed electromotor  with high working speed and good speed-adjusting capability and high efficiency; Derrick mechanism  using worm-wheel reducer can meet operating needs.
