Cargo Marine Handling Port Crane

Telescopic boom cranes can be hydraulic extended and retracted without a knuckle   function. These cranes should always be executed with a hoisting winch installation.

1.Telescopic Marine Crane is composed of base, arm frame, tower, hydraulic winch,telescopic oil cylinder, Amplitude oil cylinder, hydraulic rotary mechanism, operating   platform, hydraulic transmission parts, electric controlling part and etc.

2.The base is cylinder structure, can be welded on the deck, also can connect with deck   by high strength bolts. Connection mode must to be marked.

3.Arm frame and tower are box structure. Hydraulic winch controls the goods rising and   drop. Telescopic oil cylinder controls level the telescopic crane boom. Amplitude oil cylinder   controls goods correct hook-on point and landing point.

4. Swing mechanism for controlling crane turning right or left turn. Operation platform is   used for operation and maintenance debugging. Hydraulic transmission parts for the   system to provide pressure oil; The electrical control system mainly control motor stops,operation.

Main Features And Advantages

There are two ways to load and unload goods with suspender device: single rod operation and double rod operation. The single rod operation is to use a suspender to load and unload the cargo. After the suspender lifts the cargo, pull the cable so that the goods are placed with the boom to the outboard or cargo hatch, then put down the cargo, and then turn the boom back to its original position, so as to return to the operation. When loading and unloading, the cable should be used to swing the suspender every time, so the efficiency is low and the labor intensity is high. The two rods act on two hangers, one above the cargo bay, the other out of the side, and the two suspenders are fixed in a working position with a cable. The starting cables of the two cranes are connected to one hook. As long as the goods are collected and placed separately, the goods can be unloaded from the ship to the wharf, or the goods can be loaded from the wharf to the ship. The loading and unloading efficiency of double rod operation is higher than that of single rod operation, and the labor intensity is also lighter.

Slewing Bearing
