Usage of CAS 149-30-4 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole
1, Used as a sensitive reagent for detecting deposit, bismuth,cobalt, nickel, lead, thallium and zinc and rubber accelerator.
2, Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tubes, tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products.
3, This product is one of the effective corrosion inhibitors of copper or copper alloy, where the cooling system contains copper equipment and raw water contains a certain amount of copper ions, can be added to the product to prevent copper corrosion.
4, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole is the intermediate of herbicide benthiachlor, is also a rubber accelerator and its intermediate.
5, Mainly used as bright copper sulfate brightener. It has good leveling effect. General dosage 0.05 ~ 0.10 g/L. It can also be used as cyanide silver plating as brightener, adding 0.5 g/L to increase the polarization of the cathode, so that the silver ion crystal is oriented to arrange bright silver plating layer.
6, The product as a universal vulcanization accelerator, widely used in all kinds of rubber.
It has rapid promotion effect on natural rubber and synthetic rubber which is usually vulcanized with sulfur.

8, For the universal accelerator, mainly used in tires, rubber shoes, tape and other rubber products. Because of bitter taste, it can not be used for food packaging rubber products.
9, Mainly polyurethane synthetic leather, amino acid synthetic leather, resin vegetable oil, mineral oil, medicine, paint, dye solvent, is 1,1, 1-trichloroethane stabilizer, also used in plasticizer, antioxidant and so on.
10, Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products, but can not be used as food materials.
