Product Description

MBT ONE BASIC ACCELERATOR FORRUBBER VULCANIZATION
MBT(2-mercaptobenzothiazole,also name accelerator M) is a main acidic accelerator with medium curing speed and used in IRNR SBR, NBR, HR and EPOM systems. It can use alone, and achieve higher activity with other alkane curing agents such as DM and TMTD. It has advantages like low vulcanization temperature, high dispersibility in rubber and ncpollution. It can be used in manufacturing of tires, tape rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products, however can not for food materials. Hosome can provide MBT in both powder and granule forms, as well as MBT masterbatch for convenient use.
Properties: It is light yellow or grey powder or granular with a little osmyl and taste bitter,non-toxic. The density is 1.42-1.52. Easily soluble in ethyl-acetate ethanol, acetibe, solution of NaOH and Na2Co3,slightly solution in toluene- insoluble in benzene, water and gasoline-. Good storage stability.

Rubber Accelerator MBT (M) is mainly used in IR, NR, SBR, NBR, IIR and EPOM systems and Used as an acid accelerator currently and a medium fast primary accelerator.Imparting excellent aging properties when use in combination with DM.TMTD and many other basic accelerators for higher activity.Its accelerative temperature is low and easily dispersed with lower pollution. Mainly used in the manufactuerr of tires, adhesive tapes, rubber shoes ,tape and other industrial rubber products.
