The COMVOLT 12V 165Ah LiFePO4 RV Battery is encapsulated within a sturdy shell of seamless extruded aluminum alloy, further complemented with precision-engineered CNC machined covers. This robust housing provides advanced mechanical benefits, including elevated strength and improved thermal conductivity. With COMVOLT's unique design, the battery can function normally even after falling from a height of 1.2 meters, ensuring the resilience and stability of the battery under the harshest temperatures, thereby making it a reliable energy solution across diverse environments.
Advanced BMS, Ensuring Safety and Reliability
One of the standout features of this battery is its advanced battery management system (BMS) developed by COMVOLT. This sophisticated system provides over-discharge and overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, and temperature protection, ensuring the battery's ultra-reliability and safety. With 6 types of security, this BMS leads the way in innovative battery technology. COMVOLT RV-specific lithium iron phosphate batteries support dynamic and accurate monitoring of the real-time status of each battery cell, unlimited external short circuits, parallel connection of high current batteries, setting of all protection parameters of lithium batteries, battery restart and maintenance without disassembly, and heating management of the battery in low-temperature environment charging. The self-developed high-performance BMS ensures a much lower self-discharge power than lithium iron phosphate batteries on the market.
Balancing Power with Efficiency
Engineered with an advanced bypass circuit, it ensures perfect harmony between each battery group during charging. The COMVOLT lithium iron phosphate batteries are designed with dedicated maintenance ports, which can achieve battery inspection and system upgrades without disassembly in the later stage. The battery cell of COMVOLT's lithium iron phosphate battery is the same type as that of new energy electric vehicles, which can achieve high current charge and discharge, and a single set of batteries can independently drive high-power electrical appliances such as air conditioners around 3000W. COMVOLT lithium iron phosphate batteries have an energy density generally higher than lithium iron phosphate batteries on the market, with an energy density of 156Wh/Kg, which is lighter in weight. With COMVOLT, power isn't just about capacity but balance, efficiency, and longevity.
