Packaging
Each one with single package box.
Each small box contains 10 packs.
Each carton contains 20 boxes (200pcs).

Shipping & delivery
1)  Shipment methods: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air express, etc.
2)  Delivery time for sample is about 2- 3 days after payment confirmed, for bluk order it will be 7-20 days after payment. 
3)  It will take 5~9 days for shipping (depending on the destination country).
4)  Any import charges or fees are buyer's responsibility.
Please note that some remote place will take around 1-3 days more on delivery.

What about the MOQ?
Depends on the model you chose.
Usually small puff moq is 1000pcs per model, big puff moq is 400pcs per model.

What is the condition for OEM?
OEM has moq requirement
Small puff moq is 10k each flavor , total should not less than 100k ;
Big puff moq is 5k each flavor , total should not less than 50k .

How to order?
 1)  Kindly tell us to know which model, quantity, flavor , etc. that you want to order, as well as delivery address .
 2)  Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you as per your order information.
 3)  Kindly check the PI. If everything is OK, we will delivery the goods ASAP after your payment.
 4)  The fastest and economic shipping way will be chosen for you.
 5)  Door to door service.
 6)  Check your package and make sure all of the goods can satisfy you.

Payment
We accept Paypal, Deposit, Western Union and Bank Transfer. 
100% payment for little value bill; 30% deposit and 70% before shipping for big value bill. 

After-Sales Service
1) The cuvie vape pen e cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
2)  All the products are strictly checked before packinig,ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3)  In case any defective occured during transportation or by improper use,we will send you replacements in your next order.In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4)  Buyer is responsiable for the shipping of return and seller is responsiable for the shipping of resending replacements.
