The peak period of action is the first day after coccidioides infection. Since it can obviously inhibit the host organism's immunity to coccidioides, it should be used continuously in the whole growth cycle of broilers. Coccidionids are susceptible to drug resistance to decoxyquine and should be regularly rotated. Its anti-coccidioid-like effect is related to the size of drug particles. The finer the particles, the stronger the anti-coccidioid-like effect. Therefore, it is advisable to make particles with a diameter of about 1.8m for use.
