Formula:
No. 1 Each 60mL of the resultant suspension contains:
Artemether 180mg + Lumefantrine 1080mg

No. 2 Each 60mL of the resultant suspension contains:
Artemether 240mg + Lumefantrine 1440mg
 
USES:
Artemether + Lumefantrine Dry Powder for Oral Suspension is indicated for the treatment of malaria in children caused by all forms of plasmodium, including multiple drug resistant strains of P. Falciparum.
Adverse Effects:
Adverse effects associated with lumefantrine in combination with artemether commonly include headache,
Dizziness, sleep disturbance, palpitations, gastrointestinal disturbances, anorexia, pruritus, rash, cough,
Arthralgia, myalgia, and fatigue. Lumefantrine-artemether should be given with caution in severe hepatic
Or renal impairment and ECG and blood potassium monitored.
Storage:
Store in a dry place below 25° C. Protect from light. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.

Artemether For Suspension   
Artemether oral suspension in an antimalarial drug manufactured and used for the treatment of all kinds of malaria, including the chloroquine-resistant P. falciparum malaria, and is also used as the first aid to treat critical malaria. Its active ingredient is a natural antimalarial, derived from the Chinese medicinal plant Artemisia annua.
