Product Description

D371F46 clamp lined fluorine butterfly valve is widely used in anticorrosive pipeline system. It is mainly used to open, close and adjust the valve. Fully lined polytetrafluoroethylene (F4), polytrifluorovinyl chloride (F3) and polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) fluorine plastic lined valve, with corrosion resistance, no leakage, long life and other advantages. It is suitable for concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric- acid, aqua aqua, various organic acids, strong acids, oxidizing media or high temperature oleic acid, high temperature concentrated acetic acid, acid-base alternations and a variety of organic solvents and other strong corrosive media.

Product Features

1, the middle line butterfly valve is the whole butterfly plate and the seat in 360° circumference concentric (middle line), with two-way sealing function, pressure, flow can be freely adjusted;
2, four stage loading elastic seal, absolutely ensure the valve inside and outside zero leakage;
a, the special transition curve at the joint of the shaft head and the butterfly plate circle and the reasonable interference of the seat;
b, the end face of the shaft head adopts the combination of elastic O-ring, rigid washer and elastic rubber pad at the shaft shoulder;
c, the radial of the shaft adopts the combination of O-ring and metal pad;
d, the valve seat is inserted in the groove of the body with elastic strips;
3, using adjustable elastic pin positioning. Accurate positioning, simple structure.
