Q: What is the sample policy?
A:If we have sample inventory, but only general products, we will provide free samples. If not, we need sample fee. Or you can buy samples in the Alibaba International Station on our retail website, but after sending us a formal order, the sample fee will be refunded to you! The courier fee is charged by the transportation company.

Q: How do you package my products?

Q: Can I get samples? 
A: After the price is confirmed, you can ask for samples to check our quality. 

Q: How is your factory doing in terms of quality control?

materials to delivery. We have a complete and complete quality control system, including IQC (incoming quality control), PPI (pre-production inspection), DPI (in-process inspection) and FQA (final quality assurance).

A: Usually, the logistics company we cooperate with can send the goods to the place you want. In addition, we guarantee to arrange the goods as soon as possible and deliver them in the shortest time.
