1. Where is our market?
Most of our products are sold to the United States, Middle East, Canada, Europe, South America, Africa.

2. How can we guarantee quality of products?
Initial samples to confirm fabric,style, sizes, print and other details one by one seperately;
Pre-production sample before production;
Final inspection before shipment.

3. Is there any difference between the actual goods and pictures?
There is a certain difference between the color of the object and the color of the picture. We will confirm
the goods with you many times. In addition, the length of the clothes is measured by hand, and the error
of 1-3cm is normal. We look forward to cooperating with you.

4. When is the delivery time?
Sample needs 5-7 days, mass production usually needs 30 days. So it will be  determined by the quantity
and styles you ordered.

5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT which will take 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea s-
-hipping are also optional. Mass orders usually go by sea.

6.  How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective
batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call acc-
-ording to real situation.
